We’re a non-profit dedicated to rescuing and caring for injured, orphaned, and displaced wild animals. Since 2014, we’ve rehabilitated and released over 3,500 animals back into the wild. Upon release it is crucial to monitor them to ensure they are staying safe and thriving in the wild.
We have launched a Go-Fund-Me to raise money for a GPS collar for an ocelot we currently have in pre-release. This collar will allow us to monitor his movements, study his behavior in the wild, and ensure he can thrive safely in his natural habitat. The data we collect will also help conservationists better understand how ocelots live and how we can reduce the risks they face. We are hoping to raise enough money to purchase two collars so we can expand our post-release monitoring program and hopefully include more species.
Your donation directly supports the purchase of this specialized collar and the ongoing monitoring work that follows
